Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Manager Salary: £35,909 - £38,411 per annum Band: 26-29 Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex (hybrid office and remote working) Hours: 37 hours per week, permanent (with occasional evenings and weekends for events) Reporting to: Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy About the role The Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead the development and delivery of HARPs corporate partnerships programme, with a focus on growing sustainable income and building long-term relationships with businesses. Working as part of the Fundraising and Communications team, you will identify, secure and manage corporate partnerships that align with HARPs values and priorities. This includes developing new business opportunities as well as strengthening and growing existing relationships. You will create and deliver a pipeline of high-value opportunities, including Charity of the Year partnerships, sponsorship, employee fundraising, corporate volunteering and commercial collaborations. Through your work, you will help build partnerships that provide meaningful support to HARP and make a lasting difference to people experiencing homelessness in our community. Main Responsibilities Strategy & Income Growth Support the development and lead the delivery of HARPs corporate partnerships strategy Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners, focusing on sustainable and high-value opportunities. Identify key sectors and businesses aligned with HARPs mission and growth ambitions. Contribute to income forecasting and budget planning within the Directorate. New Business Development Proactively research, approach and secure new corporate partnerships. Develop tailored proposals, pitches and partnership packages that align business objectives with HARPs impact. Represent HARP at networking events, business forums and stakeholder meetings. Build relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers across the local and regional business community. Relationship Management & Stewardship Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator to deliver outstanding partner experiences. Provide impact reporting, updates and engagement opportunities that demonstrate value and deepen relationships. Identify opportunities to grow partnerships into multi-year support. Collaboration & Integration Work closely with other HARP colleagues to ensure partnerships are well-supported and aligned with organisational priorities. Support the creation of compelling corporate materials, case studies and engagement assets. Ensure partnerships reflect HARPs values and person-centred approach. Monitoring & Governance Track income, pipeline progress and KPIs, reporting regularly to the Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy Develop regular impact reports for the corporate partners Conduct appropriate due diligence on prospective partners. Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practice. Person Specification Essential Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development or B2B relationship management. Demonstrable success in securing new partnerships and generating income. Confident and persuasive communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a pipeline and prioritise effectively. Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven. Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally. Commitment to HARPs mission and values. Desirable Experience working within the charity or social impact sector. Knowledge of the South Essex business landscape. Experience developing Charity of the Year partnerships. Understanding of homelessness or community-based services.
