Overview
My client, a top tier, award winning, global law firm with unrivalled knowledge of disputes and corporate law, is recruiting for a motivated HR Systems Advisor on a 12 month FTC basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity within a forward-thinking law firm.
Responsibilities
* Support with developing the firm's HRIS, Workday
* Support integration activities between HR and wider systems
* Be the 'go to' for all HR systems queries and issues, and be the firm's 'superuser'
* Work closely with the vendor and build a strong working relationship
* Work on data migration activities, focusing on identifying and resolving data quality issues
* Devise and deliver on plans to decommission legacy HR systems
* Identify opportunities to further utilise technology to improve efficiencies
* Support with designing and documenting HR processes
* Work with your HR colleagues on any HR systems projects or process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
The HR Systems Advisor will have previous experience within HR Systems, ideally work within Legal or wider professional services and have knowledge and experience of Workday. They will have a core understanding of HR Systems and Data trends and will have exceptional communication skills. The right candidate will be a collaborative and motivated person who can engage and work well with others, influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
