Production Operative
Location: Driffield Area
Pay: £12.71 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: May – December 2026 (Seasonal)
Sutton Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established food production facility in Driffield and are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support their busy period from May through to December 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure work ahead of the peak season, with immediate starts available from May.
Working Hours
•Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
or
•Tuesday to Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
•Working on a fast-paced food production line
•Packing and preparing food products
•Carrying out repetitive, detail-focused tasks
•Following all Health & Safety and quality standards
About You
•Good level of manual dexterity
•Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
•Strong attention to detail
•Able to work both independently and as part of a team
•Good communication skills in English
•Positive attitude with a strong commitment to Health & Safety
•No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
