About the Role
We are urgently seeking an experienced and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to provide short-term, hands-on support during a critical phase of our CRM change roll-out.
This is a practical, on-the-ground role working alongside our CRM team to ensure a smooth transition, help embed new ways of working, and resolve day-to-day user issues. You will act as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshoot issues, configure the platform where required, and provide informal training to teams adopting new processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to end users and making an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line CRM support to business users, resolving queries quickly and effectively.
* Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions, including managing user access, profiles, roles, and permissions.
* Customise and configure the platform to meet business needs, including creating workflows, automating processes, and managing modules.
* Support the CRM change roll-out by embedding new processes, addressing adoption challenges, and answering “how-to” questions from users.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate as required.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and processes.
* Deliver user guidance and informal training sessions to help teams adapt to new functionality.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a CRM Administrator with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential).
* Experience with ClickDimensions and good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
* Track record of providing hands-on, first-line user support in a change or transformation context.
* Ability to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.
* Confident troubleshooting and resolving system issues under time pressure.
* A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, short-term assignments.
* Dynamics 365 certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM) desirable but not essential.
