Job role:
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to craft and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy focused on driving qualified leads
Enhance user journeys aligned to the company’s go-to-market plan
Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance to optimise the digital experience
Oversee the evolution of the website, ensuring it's optimised for both user experience and SEO
Manage data architecture and ongoing site improvements
Lead, support, and grow the digital marketing team
Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product functions to align campaigns and initiatives
What/Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in B2B tech marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
Strong grasp of best practices and turning strategy into action
Confident managing digital platforms and marketing automation tools
Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams
Skilled in working alongside content teams and optimising campaigns within HubSpot
Hands-on experience with PPC and SEO in an in-house setting desirable
Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Hotjar, and Zoominfo
