Digital Systems Administrator (CRM and Power Platform)
Salary: £36,000–£42,000 (DOE)
Location: Home-based with UK travel; option to work from Manchester HQ
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/per week)

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Digital Programme Manager, the Digital Systems Administrator will join the Data, Security & Information Management (DSIM) team to manage and develop Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 systems. You will lead on system configuration, issue resolution, documentation, training materials, and change control. Acting as a key contact for system queries, you will also support small-to-medium digital projects and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and support key digital systems (e.g., MApp, Dynamics 365).
* Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT partners.
* Gather and document business requirements.
* Create system documentation, test plans, and user guides.
* Lead or support system enhancement projects and ensure quality assurance.
* Contribute to solution architecture and assist in audits or stakeholder engagements.
Person Specification:
* Applicants should have experience in supporting and developing Power Platform and Dynamics-based solutions, mapping business requirements, and producing test documentation.
* Strong communication skills,
* Attention to detail,
* IT proficiency (Microsoft 365 suite), and an enthusiasm for digital transformation are essential.
* Desirable qualifications include Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
