An award-winning, Legal 500 firm in Sussex is looking to grow its Serious Injury team with the addition of a bright and ambitious solicitor from NQ to 5 years’ PQE.
You’ll be joining a supportive, specialist team that handles complex and high-value catastrophic injury claims, including brain, spinal, amputation, and fatal cases
🔍 The role:
* Manage your own caseload of serious injury matters, with support and training where needed
* Assist senior solicitors on multi-million-pound claims
* Work closely with clients, medical professionals, and counsel
* Play a key part in business development and client relationships
✅ What they’re looking for:
* NQ–5 years’ PQE in claimant personal injury (ideally with some experience in serious or catastrophic injury)
* Strong client-care skills and commercial awareness
* Passion for securing justice and compensation for seriously injured clients
