What To Expect

You’ll gain hands‑on experience coordinating drawings, managing design information, and working closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical challenges. Your Goal
To complete the programme and fast‑track your career towards Assistant Design Manager status, positioning yourself as a key player in shaping, coordinating and leading the design process on complex construction projects in the future.
What You Need
 * A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Design Management, Construction Management or a related field.
 * Creativity, curiosity, and a keen eye for detail.
 * Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas and find solutions.
 * A collaborative mindset and the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
The Application Process
Your journey starts with a video call screening, followed by an assessment day of group activities and challenges for selected candidates, with successful applicants securing a place on our 2026 Graduate Programme.
Start Dates
 * July 2026 for graduates eager to kick off their career straight away.
 * September 2026 for those who’d like a well‑earned summer break before getting started.
