As a global leader in workplace experience and facilities management, we’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Prospect Park Hospital and drive excellence across our healthcare operations.
The Role:
As the Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all contractual, statutory, and legislative obligations are met across the site. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, and working closely with the Head of Compliance, Healthcare, you’ll champion best practice, maintain strong governance, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll also be the go-to expert for internal audits, performance monitoring, and compliance reporting — ensuring that ISS continues to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality services to our NHS partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all contractual, statutory, and legislative compliance activities
* Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
* Monitor performance systems and ensure contractual obligations are met
* Analyse data and prepare regular compliance and performance reports
* Support Service Managers in developing and improving operational systems
* Attend client and Trust compliance meetings, audits, and performance reviews
* Drive continuous improvement and support risk reduction across all departments
* Promote health, safety, and environmental best practice on site
* Act as a senior leader within the management team, fostering collaboration and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in compliance or auditing, ideally within healthcare or a multi-functional environment
* Strong understanding of statutory and contractual compliance frameworks
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* Proficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
