We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established compliance contractor delivering long‑term social housing compliance frameworks, including FRA remedials and fire door installation programmes. This is a site‑based, self‑sufficient Project Manager role responsible for managing multiple live sites across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, ensuring high‑quality delivery of fire door works. You’ll be the on‑site lead, coordinating works from mobilisation through to completion, with autonomy to manage all day‑to‑day operations, reporting, stakeholder engagement and compliance with standards. Key responsibilities: * Lead the delivery of fire door remedials, installations and associated works across multiple live sites on a social housing contract. * Plan, programme and co‑ordinate site activities to deliver projects on time and to specification. * Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients, residents, subcontractors and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with fire safety and building regulations, including FIRAS/FPA/BM TRADA standards where applicable. * Manage subcontractors, materials, access arrangements and site documentation. * Produce accurate progress updates, site records, health & safety compliance (RAMS), and quality assurance reporting. * Maintain high levels of communication with the client and internal stakeholders.
