Project Manager -
Full-Time | Senior Role | UK Travel Required
On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing engineering-led organisation, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior management team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead a team of engineers and coordinators while managing all aspects of the Contracts Department. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Project Manager - Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee contract delivery from order through to completion
2. Chair weekly production meetings and manage master schedules
3. Coordinate engineers, installations and resources
4. Liaise daily with clients, suppliers and internal teams
5. Monitor site progress and resolve issues proactively
6. Support invoicing, timesheets and contract reporting
7. Lead, motivate and develop the contracts team
8. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with all regulations
Project Manager - About the Candidate
9. Minimum 3 years’ experience in installations/project management
10. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
11. Proven leadership and organisational ability
12. Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle)
13. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
