A well-regarded business is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Manager to oversee its day-to-day financial operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong Xero experience and a practical approach to managing company finances. This role is a part time position for 16 hours a week, and would be based from the office.
As the incoming Finance Manager you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Managing invoicing, credit control, and supplier payments
Reconciling accounts, bank statements, credit cards, and expenses
Producing job costings using Xero nominal codes
Supporting payroll processes (via external accountants)
Preparing monthly reports and P&L accounts using Xero
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with a sound understanding of accounting principles and a sharp eye for detail. Xero expertise is essential, alongside strong communication and organisational skills. A relevant degree or qualification (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA) would be beneficial.
