As Assistant Manager, you'll be a key part of the leadership team-supporting the Store Manager, engaging customers, and helping to drive strong commercial results.

We're looking for an individual with experience in assisted or consultative sales-whether that's from furniture, technology, home improvement, fashion, or even automotive retail.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations
* Creating a customer-first culture by leading through example
* Coaching and motivating the team to meet targets and KPIs
* Delivering commercial results through effective team management
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
* Ensuring the store environment is always welcoming, efficient, and on-brand
