This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced, produce-driven kitchen. With menus shaped by the seasons and ingredients sourced from nearby suppliers and the hotel’s own grounds, this is a kitchen where creativity and adaptability are essential.

1. £44,214 per annum (£21.20 per hour) including tronc plus paid overtime

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
9. Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
10. Leading and motivating a dynamic brigade
11. Driving standards across all sections, ensuring consistency and quality
12. Contributing to menu development, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
13. Playing a key role in mentoring, training, and developing junior chefs
