Job Purpose
To liaison and bridge the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating them to delivery teams, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.
Responsibilities
* Customer requirements gathering and engagement – interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements, detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc.
* Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
* Engage and interact with internal team – project managers, pre‑sales team, tech leads, architects to design and formulate timely responses to RFP/RFIs.
* Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
* Maintain periodic cadence with customers to seek clarifications and feedback on the proposed solution, and instruct delivery team to make design changes.
* Empower customers through demonstrations and presentations of the proposed solution/prototype.
* Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.
* Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value.
* Engage with delivery team to ensure the right solution is proposed – provide customer feedback, review test cases for 100% coverage, conduct root cause analysis, deploy and facilitate change requests, support QA, conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demo, use data modelling practices.
* Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering the solution – define and plan project milestones, drive and challenge delivery team assumptions, ensure customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time.
* Build domain expertise and contribute to knowledge repository – engage with other BAs, write whitepapers/research papers, identify use cases, conduct market research.
Qualifications & Skills
* Business Analysis experience in BFSI domain.
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed functional specifications.
* Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and delivering on tight timelines.
