This role focuses on the people side of change-ensuring teams are prepared, aligned, and ready to transition to new PLM ways of working. As the OCM Lead, you will use structured Organizational Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar, driving communication, stakeholder engagement, behavioural adoption, and readiness activities. This is a high‑visibility position that requires cross-functional collaboration with PLM programme teams, local change agents, and global OCM networks.
