Responsibilities
This role is considered a Regulated Role with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020. Membership in the PVG scheme is essential, and preferred applicants will be required to join or update their PVG membership prior to an offer.
The position is exempt from section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975. Applicants must disclose all convictions, including spent ones, as failure to do so could lead to dismissal or disciplinary action.
