Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting daily office operations. Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and management.
* Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to information.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, utilising Microsoft Office and Sage.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero and Sage, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Support the team with clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional environment.
