We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Kings International College, part of Bourne Education Trust.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide highly effective, targeted provision and care to pupils, in support of and under the guidance of Teachers and Senior Leaders, in order to raise standards of achievement for pupils to become independent learners.

Details

Position: Learning Support Assistant

Contract: Term time, permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week, 37 weeks per year (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 3pm)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £24,330 FTE, actual salary £16,547

Key responsibilities include:

10. Working as part of a team, under the direction of the responsible Teacher, support teaching provision, development and implementation of learning for pupils
11. Under the guidance of the responsible Teacher, facilitate the learning of individual pupils and groups, setting high expectations and promoting positive attitudes to learning
12. Prepare, plan and deliver specific intervention programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil response and need

Requirements include:
