Administrator Alness (IV17 0UP) Our third-party client is currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join their team based in Alness, IV17 0UP.Pay Rate: £14.68 per hourHours: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09:00am 4:00pmDuration: ASAP start for 12 weeks, with possible extensionBased:Alness, IV17 0UP - Fully office based Main Duties

* General administrative support
* Answering calls and handling emails
* Data entry and maintaining records
* Filing and document management
* Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous administration experience preferred
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
