Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food preparation areas
* Clean and sanitise surfaces including walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, and grills
* Sweep and mop kitchen floors during and after service
* Wash dishes, utensils, and all kitchen equipment efficiently
* Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order, reporting any issues
* Empty, clean, and re-line waste bins in line with hygiene standards
* Keep refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas clean and well-organised
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Evening Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning culinary team at Lough Erne Resort. This is a key support role within the kitchen, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Working as part of a fast-paced and professional environment, you will play an essential part in supporting our chefs and contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
This role operates on a 5 out of 7 rota basis, with evening shifts from 5:00pm to 1:00am..
