Evening visits are often the most important of the day, helping someone settle for the night, feel comfortable, and know someone cares.
Your evenings could include:
* Helping with tea and evening meals - Supporting with personal care and bedtime routines - Medication reminders and wellbeing checks - Light household support to make the home safe and comfortable - Companionship visits and emotional reassurance - Making sure someone ends their day feeling safe, calm, and supported
