Job Description
* Part time 3 days in the office 9.30am - 5.30pm
* Process and manage payroll for employees, freelancers, and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
* Liaise with clients to clarify payroll and financial queries.
* Collaborate with the finance team on payroll reconciliations and reporting.
* Prepare payroll summaries and support audits when required.
* Handle pension contributions, statutory payments, and tax code updates.
* Be competent with cloud-based payroll and accounting software to ensure efficient and secure data handling.
