Key Responsibilities of the Drama Teacher: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic Drama lessons across Key Stages. Foster creativity, collaboration, and self-expression in students through performance and drama activities. Support and organise school productions, performances, and extracurricular drama clubs. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the Drama curriculum and cultural life of the school. Requirements for the Drama Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Drama at the secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring creativity. Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
