Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 4on 4off (A2 Shift)

Role Overview:
As a Product Support Operative at our Customer Repair Centre in Newark, you will be responsible for screening and grading TVs & Monitors returned by customers for resale. You will carry out detailed testing to assess the quality of returned products, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grading and screening of TVs and Monitors from various manufacturers
* Performing factory resets as required
* Moving heavy units and pallets safely
* Adhering to health & safety procedures, especially when handling heavy equipment
* Achieving personal and departmental targets for productivity and quality within deadlines
Requirements:
* Basic proficiency with desktops
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and internal systems like Myriad, Pie, etc.
* Good communication skills for liaising across departments
* Awareness of health & safety and electrical safety protocols
