Salary: £38,000 - 38,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support with a proactive can-do attitude. Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering world-class service. Willingness to travel to other UK sites and occasionally overseas, as required, with a full, valid UK driving licence. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal and external users, both remotely and onsite. Take ownership of support tickets, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently within agreed SLA targets. Collaborate with the Head of IT and the wider team to deliver improvement plans and strategic objectives. Lead local IT initiatives and support the maintenance and development of infrastructure and network systems. Manage IT assets, onboarding new users, and delivering IT inductions and training. Proactively monitor and manage the IT estate using various tools, ensuring the organisations IT environment runs smoothly and securely.
