What You’ll Do
* Enhance and maintain a web application used to monitor and manage complex systems
* Develop and improve interfaces with devices and technologies
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure systems run smoothly
* Contribute to configuration and deployment of robust Java applications
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrable experience delivering complex Java systems (experience matters more than years)
* Some hands‑on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) in daily development
* Passion for helping teams grow their confidence with AI through pairing, knowledge‑sharing, or upskilling
* Strong Java skills, including threading, JDBC, sockets, HTTP/S, EJB, and JPA
* Experience with application servers (such as WildFly) and deploying Java applications
