Contracts & Claims Manager
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 8-month contract with a view to extend
Rate: £500–£600 per day (Outside IR35)

Spencer Ogden is working with a leading energy organisation to recruit an experienced Contracts & Claims Manager to support a rapidly growing business based in Newcastle.
This is a high-impact contract role suited to a strong, hands-on contractor with extensive experience managing contracts and claims across large-scale energy or electrical infrastructure projects.
The Role
You will work closely with project, commercial, legal, and procurement teams, supporting multiple projects that vary in size and complexity. Teams can range from small project teams (3–5 people) to large matrix teams of 15+.
The role offers hybrid working, typically 3 days per week in the Newcastle office and 2 days working from home, with flexibility depending on project needs. There will be occasional travel to site in Ipswich, which can be expensed subject to approval.
