Early Years Team Leader Level 3 – Maybury Montessori
The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to complete an Early Years Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship at Maybury Montessori as a Lead Practitioner/Deputy Manager.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;
1. Lead and manage a room to provide a high-quality Montessori learning environment
2. Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the nursery, also providing cover when she is off
3. Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding regulations
4. Support nursery staff
5. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
6. Contribute to planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum
Requirements;
7. Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification
8. GCSE’s A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
9. Must obtain a clear DBS
Hours;
10. Maybury Montessori is open between the hours of 08.00-18:00 Monday-Friday
11. Working hours will be 40 hours per week over 4 days
