The Role:

As Conference & Events Office Manager, you will lead the reactive sales team, focusing on driving revenue growth, maximizing conversion rates, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction for meetings, events, and groups. Your responsibilities include prompt enquiry responses, upselling, cross-selling, analyzing booking data for trends, and seeking new business opportunities to boost hotel profitability.

You will build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships, collaborate with operational departments for seamless event execution, promote the brand, and support the Central Sales and Revenue teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

You should possess strong leadership and coaching skills, have a solid understanding of hotel PMS and CRM systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
