Branta Recrtuiment are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Manager to lead a team of 10 Electrical Maintenance Engineers across a busy and dynamic estate. This is a hands-on management role, overseeing the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional service delivery to our clients. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10 electrical maintenance engineers. * Plan, allocate, and coordinate daily workloads and reactive callouts. * Oversee electrical compliance, testing schedules, and statutory maintenance. * Manage client relationships, providing clear communication and professional updates. * Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to agreed standards. * Support project works, upgrades, and improvement initiatives. * Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive operational excellence. About You * Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, ideally HV/LV experience). * Proven experience managing maintenance teams in a commercial or industrial environment. * Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. * Excellent communication and client management skills. * Knowledge of H&S and statutory compliance standards.
