My client is looking for a proactive and technically capable HubSpot Consultant to join their growing MarTech team. This role is all about ensuring their clients are leveraging HubSpot to its full potential, optimizing their marketing, sales, and service operations.
You’ll act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on platform expert, supporting client success and internal team capability, while growing your knowledge across the wider MarTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure client satisfaction through expert delivery of HubSpot services
* Lead and support the successful implementation and optimization of HubSpot
* Analyze and improve campaign performance across multiple clients
* Develop expertise in broader MarTech tools and integrations
* Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices
* Collaborate with account and sales teams to grow client pipelines
* Improve the quality of inbound leads for all managed clients
Key Skills & Experience:
* 2–3 years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM
* Proven track record of delivering successful inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s full toolset (e.g., workflows, landing pages, email automation, lead scoring)
* Strong grasp of core marketing principles, campaign strategy, and lifecycle management
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
* Passion for continuous learning, especially in marketing technology and CRM systems
* HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing) are a strong plus
