Key Responsibilities: Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to completion Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to buyers Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions Identifying and converting new business opportunities Keeping up to date with local market trends and developments Working collaboratively across multiple branches Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency Strong negotiation and closing skills Confident in winning instructions and generating new business Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Self-motivated with a proactive approach Full UK driving licence and own car Package and Benefits: £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary (OTE £40,000 – £45,000) Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in lieu) Ongoing training and career development Opportunity to progress within a multi-branch business Supportive and collaborative team environment
