Overview

If you've visited one of our restaurants before, you've probably got some idea of what's involved in maintaining a restaurant. The role includes a variety and scope of responsibilities beyond customer-facing duties.


Responsibilities

* Maintaining outside landscaping, painting and varnishing, and maintaining parking facilities.
* Completion of non-electrical small equipment repairs.
* Jet-washing in all weathers with appropriate PPE provided.
* Work with external contractors to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
* Assist restaurant management in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and building in prime condition.
* Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and appearance.
* Be a good customer experience leader with a positive, energetic attitude and be willing to be part of a team.


Requirements

* Be comfortable dealing with external contractors and the restaurant team.
* Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness; ensure high energy levels and productive work.
* Smart and clean appearance.
* Be eligible to work in the UK & Ireland; provide original documents (e.g., valid passport or valid UK/Ireland visa with supporting documentation) as required. Acceptable documents evidence your right to work.
