We are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading UK housebuilder on a large new build residential development. This developer is recognised nationally for delivering high-quality homes and communities, with a strong track record of consistency, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
The Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring quality, safety, and programme deadlines are met. This is a hands-on role with strong progression opportunities for the right individual.
Responsibilities:

Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations.
*
Monitor and coordinate trades on site.
*
Ensure works are delivered to programme and quality standards.
*
Assist with health & safety compliance and site inductions.
*
Carry out snagging and inspections.
*
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing projects (essential).
*
Good knowledge of construction processes and sequencing.
*
Strong organisational and communication skills.
*
Certifications required: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
*
A proactive and driven attitude with a focus on career progression.
