Sales & Stores Manager - Ballymoney - Permanent
Join a busy and friendly retail environment! We are a well-established Workwear and PPE retail store based in Ballymoney and are looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Sales & Stores Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
This is a varied and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment – ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, helping customers, and taking ownership of a busy store.
About the role:
1. From £26,000 per annum
2. Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30am)
3. Occasional Saturdays: Half-day shift on rotation
4. Permanent role
What You’ll Be Doing
5. Managing the shop floor and ensuring smooth daily operations
6. Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
7. Maintaining stock levels, handling deliveries, and keeping the store organised
8. Processing sales, quotes, and customer enquiries (in-store, phone, and email)
9. Using computer systems for stock control, invoicing, and order management
10. Overseeing occasional online orders or click-and-collect systems
11. Working closely with suppliers and representatives
What You’ll Need:
12. Retail experience, ideally in a customer-facing or store management role
13. Organised, efficient, and reliable with strong attention to detail
14. Comfortable using computers – stock systems, email, and MS Office
15. Friendly and professional with a positive, can-do attitude
16. Enjoys challenges and working as part of a close-knit team
17. Knowledge of workwear or PPE is a bonus but not essential
