Our current productions include Avatar Live in Concert, Amadeus LIVE, Titanic LIVE, RRR LIVE, The Terminator LIVE, and Blade Runner LIVE. We also manage a roster of artists and are developing new production formats.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) supports the Head of International Office, Deputy Head, and Operations team in coordinating and managing the delivery of ACI’s international productions and artist performances to high standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
* Administration of artist and promoter contracts in liaison with the OM and legal department in Tokyo.
* Coordination of marketing, promotional materials, ticket reports, concert programmes, and promotional support.
* Updating production riders with external technical partners.
* Booking and contracting artists and staff.
* Assisting with project budgets.
* Collaborating with technical partners on production specifications.
* Arranging travel, visas, work permits, and organizing logistics for engagements.
* Creating tour itineraries and managing production parts delivery.
* Performing as Production Supervisor, managing rehearsals, performances, artist welfare, and logistics.
NB: Tours will be split among the team based on workload.
Accounts
* Supporting the Accounts Manager with invoices, expenses, payments, and reconciliation.
General Administration
* Updating records on booking software and social media.
* Supporting website updates and marketing materials.
* Assisting in research and development of new productions.
The role includes other duties as assigned by line managers or ACI Tokyo.
Skills
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
* At least three years’ experience in concert, artist, or event management.
* Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Problem-solving and adaptability skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Experience in multinational environments preferred.
* Languages, marketing, and PR skills beneficial.
* Experience with Overture software and concert promotion advantageous.
