We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Family Gateway Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
About the Role:
As part of the Family Gateway Team, you’ll provide information, advice, and assistance to families and professionals about services delivered by Early Help and other partner agencies. Contact is managed via telephone, web chat, and email, helping ensure families get the right support at the right time.

£16.50 per hour (umbrella)

The ability to identify safeguarding concerns and liaise appropriately with Social Workers and partner agencies
