Key Responsibilities:
Shift Pattern: 10:00pm - 03:00am
Occasional Weekend: 09:00am - 05:00pm
Hourly Pay: £12.21
Job Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and secure environment for residents during night shifts.
Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
Assist residents with any needs or concerns during the night.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to security and support.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a housing support role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
Basic first aid certification is an advantage.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
