This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about supporting young people, improving behaviour, and creating a positive learning environment. About the Role: As the Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s behaviour and pastoral strategy. You will: Work closely with Heads of Year and the Pastoral Manager to maintain high standards of behaviour across the school. Report directly to the Deputy Head in charge of Behaviour. Support the implementation of behaviour policies and restorative approaches. Manage behaviour referrals and intervention plans. Work proactively with students displaying challenging behaviour to identify triggers and develop strategies for improvement. Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
