This vacancy is for a Part Time position, working 18 hours per week. IT IS NOT A SPONSORED ROLE as it does not meet the required salary threshold. Responsibilities
* To provide high quality care to clients under the indirect supervision of Team manager within the community bridging service.
* To support clients with activities of daily living in a clients home.
* Ensure high standards are maintained in a safe environment, which promotes equality and sensitivity for all individuals.
* To participate in continuous professional development and other team activities.
* Carry out a range of duties within agreed competency skill set e.g. meal prep.
* To ensure that all patients on the caseload are safe.
Qualifications
Experience in health and social care, excellent communication skills, commitment to Trust values and a full UK driving licence. Business insurance is also required.
