Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders
Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members where appropriate
Contributing to business development and departmental growth
About You
Minimum 5+ years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor, or highly experienced non-qualified conveyancer
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
Commercially minded with an interest in long-term career progression
Ambition to progress to Associate and potentially Partner level
