As an Office Manager you will joining an engaging and knowledgeable team who provide the best possible service to their clients in the events sector. They are experts in providing top-class temporary and permanent space solutions for their customers to create unforgettable experiences.
In the main you’ll be processing and managing payroll, maintaining accurate ISO records, as well as supporting the Managing Director and performing other administrative tasks as required.
We’re looking for someone who has come from a similar role where they are responsible for a variety of administrative tasks on a day to day basis. Ideally, you’ll have a sound knowledge of payroll process and related policies as this will be a key function for this position.
It would be very beneficial if you have a finance based qualification such as AAT as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP.
The salary is on at £27,000 to £40,000 (DOE). You’ll also get other benefits, some of which include; local gym membership and 25 days (plus bank holidays with an extra day added for each complete year of service).
