About the role:
1. Collate, monitor, and report clinical team data to the consultant psychiatrist, lead nurse and wider clinical team.
2. Monitor administration processes and pathways to ensure targets are met.
3. Provide administration, secretarial support and minute taking for colleagues and departments in the Service.
4. To co-ordinate operational requirements of the project base as required, ., room booking, scheduling appointments.
5. To work with team leaders and senior practitioners managing booking systems for doctors and nurses.
6. Manage clinical bookings for the wider staffing team.
7. Ensuring the quality of correspondence between the service and external partners.
8. To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filling system within the projects.
9. To take the lead role in ensuring adequate supplies of clinical equipment.
10. To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the Leadership team.
11. To support the Services participation in partnership meetings.
12. To support the Project Manager in the design and implementation of quality assurance tools and measures.
13. To participate in external forums, such as the DAISy development group.
About You:
14. Experience of supervision and leading a team.
15. Knowledge of general office procedures.
16. IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.
17. Working knowledge of NDTMS and local data inputting and monitoring
procedures and the ability to produce associated reports.
18. Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
19. The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining
confidentiality whenever necessary.
20. Experience of managing finance systems, including invoicing and petty cash systems.
21. Thorough understanding of administrative elements of drug treatment service.
22. Experience of working in health and social care sector.
