What you will be doing:
You will join an inclusive and supportive team providing care to individuals with challenging behaviour and high support needs, utilizing your knowledge and skills to help them on their recovery journey towards leading valued and fulfilling lives.
Your daily tasks will include ward rounds, behaviour analysis, care plan updates, and providing overall care and support, which may involve assisting with personal hygiene.
This environment can be challenging at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are essential. It is highly rewarding to see the positive impact of your involvement on people's lives.
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours per day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.

Ann House provides specialized support for individuals with ongoing challenging behaviour and high support needs, aiming to care for them in the least restrictive yet structured environment that meets their needs and manages risks.
The service promotes independence and meaningful daily activities, including access to mainstream services, work, training, leisure, hobbies, and personal interests. The goal is to support individuals to become as independent as possible, with the potential to transition to more independent living arrangements.
