We have an exciting opportunity for a Band B Senior Dental Officer to join our Community Dental Service working either full time or part time.
The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high quality dental care and will have experience with adults and children with additional dental needs.
The Community Dental Service is a specialised service that provides dental treatment for children, adults and older people who, because of additional needs such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities or vulnerability, are unable to access general dental care.

Responsibilities
* Providing efficient and responsive clinical treatment under local anaesthetic, conscious sedation and general anaesthesia and preventative care for patients within the HDFT CDS locality.
* Provide advice and emergency care to all groups of patients seen within the community dental service.
* To provide continuing care to patients with special needs and that are unable to be treated within the general dental service.
