We are seeking a creative and passionate Art and Design Teacher to join a school. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students to explore their creativity, develop artistic skills, and gain confidence in self-expression. Beginning Ocotber 2025.
Duties as Art and Design Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging Art and Design lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Teach a variety of media and techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art, and textiles.
* Encourage students to develop creativity, critical thinking, and artistic confidence.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
* Maintain a safe, well-organised, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Contribute to curriculum development, exhibitions, and extracurricular opportunities such as art clubs and competitions.
Ideal Art and Design Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Art and Design.
* Ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students of all abilities.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills as an Art and Design Teacher.
* Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love of art.
