Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for stock and non-stock parts requirements from the engineering department.
* Provide accurate, detailed information to the relevant people, making sure all information is appropriately communicated, escalating when necessary.
* Own daily working relationships with suppliers, engineers, and various departments within the business.
* Complete picking rounds for engineers either reactive based on breakdown, or proactive based on kit lists for overhauls.
* Manage the daily stock, ensuring that they are carried accurately, and kept relevant.
* Control the recording process of the perpetual inventory, highlighting any issues and offer solutions on improvements. Produce reports for Engineering Manager.
* Check incoming product on arrival, ensuring that the paperwork matches the goods received and escalate as required.
* Prepare outgoing orders either by packing boxes or loading pallets into the outgoing area.
* Provide support for wider engineering department on the management of the CMMS system, in relation to Work Orders, PPMs and Stock.
* Provide administration for the engineering team using Microsoft Office and HOLISTEC engineering software.

Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience of working with Engineering parts/tools/components (preferable).
* Experience of working with stock count and/or CMMS/ordering system (desirable).
* Strong organisational skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to work with detailed information and analyse accordingly.
* Proficient use of all Microsoft programs; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally.
* Holistec system knowledge (desirable).
