About the Role
As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be both a top biller and an inspirational leader. You’ll set the standards, drive performance, and unlock new commercial opportunities. This is a role for someone who loves the buzz of temp recruitment, excels under pressure, and leads with confidence, clarity and commercial instinct.
Responsibilities
* Run a consistently billing temporary recruitment desk
* Develop new areas of temp business, spotting opportunities before others do
* Contribute to strategic growth and future hiring plans
* Set clear KPIs and keep the team motivated
* Coach, mentor and support consultants at all levels
* Conduct appraisals, performance reviews and 360 promotions
* Resolve challenges, celebrate wins, and create a high-trust, high-energy culture
* Lead team meetings — weekly, monthly, quarterly
* Foster a collaborative environment aligned with company values
* Make sure your team is promoting and inviting contacts to OP events
Required Skills
* Is already billing strongly in temp recruitment
