Receptionist Job in Nottingham City Centre
Your new company
Hays is working with a business based in Nottingham city centre who are looking for a temporary Receptionist to start as soon as possible. The job will be full-time, Monday–Friday, and you will be working as part of a fun and friendly team in an impressive office environment.
Your new role
As a Receptionist, your duties may include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors to the building
* Supporting with enquiries
* Directing visitors and messages to the appropriate personnel
* General administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience of working as a receptionist or in customer service
* Previous office-based experience
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to pick up systems quickly
* High level of verbal and written communication skills
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Excellent customer service skills
